I realize I gave done my part and probably never have to go to court, but what exactly takes place before your discharge and will they send you something if they are gonna take a unusually long time like if they continue it or if they are gonna take longer than 60 days or do they just leave you hanging?

If there are no reasons for any objections, then not much happens between the 341 and discharge. All you need to do is sit back, relax and wait it out. The filer should have their discharge sometime shortly after the 60 period has expired.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007
