Anyone Cancelled their Hooter's

I think I have a balance of like $250 on my Hooter's card. I plan to pay it off by the end of December.

On my last statement, I notice that they charge their "yearly" fee ($72 for me....it was my first cc after BK) per month at $6/mo.

If I cancel the card when I pay off my balance...does it matter that I'm in the middle of my yearly fee or not?

Help!

The answer to your question will be found in your contract documents with the bank that issues the "Hooter's" card.
