Well, we're coming close to getting chpt 7 - discharge.
My question is this. as many of you know or I will refreshen memories, we're planning to move back in the NW. We own a house and looking to sale after the discharge.
-Now I know I am / suppose to wait 24 months to even attempt to apply for another mortgage, but we're going to rent soon. That is if we move back up North.
Anyways... I was told that it might be a pain in the ^^^ to get a lease for apartment/town home rental, but say if my parents still love us and they have excellent credit, could they co-sign? I have not rented for years, so I would love to hear your thoughts.
