I checked pacer today and there was a request for special notice from an attorney representing one of my creditors to be added to the "Master Mailing List" on 11/21/07. I filed on 10/03/07.
The debt owed to the creditor that the attorney represents is for furniture and is secure. I sent the original creditor my statement of intention to surrender the furniture back in October.
My question is do I need to file an ammendment and add this attorney to my mailing matrix and list of creditors or will that automatically be done by the court? Should I also send this attorney my statement of intention?
