    Personal financial management course

Form B23(Statement of completion of course in personal financial management) saying

filing deadlines: in a chapter 7 case, file within 45 days of the first set for the meeting of creditors under 341 of bankruptcy code.

So.. does this mean within 45 days after the 341 meeting? or
the day 341 meeting was set(which was the day petition was filed)?
    Filed Ch 7 pro se - 11/08/07
    341 Meeting - 12/13/07
Final Date for Objections - 02/11/08
    Case Closed - 03/04/08

It means the post-filing financial management course needs to be taken within 45 days after the first date set for your 341 meeting.

Some Ch 7 filers have their 341 meetings rescheduled for various reasons, but their financial mgmt course still needs to be done and filed with the court within 45 days of the first scheduled 341 date.
