Only in America...

Two weeks before my house foreclosed I received a 7 thousand dollar check/loan from some finance company in California encoraging me to use the money however I like. One week later, mind you without any income whatso ever, I closed on a 8 acre track overlooking 50 acre lake in a nearby county with only 5 hundred down simple fee interest owner financing 20 year note. Here is the best part. While veiwing a rental home near my newly aquired property the landlord tells me that he is a home builder in need of a good laborer and offers me a job. I have negotiated a deal to deed one acre to builder/new employer and soon I will be breaking ground for my new lake home and get a steady check too. I must be scheduled to get run over by a truck soon. I wonder how long it will take that finance company to find me?

It is very odd how these people work. We get hate mail and nasty calls from out credit card company and then they next week get 3 sets of 'convenience' checks and a 'pre-approved' loan for $20K from the same bank.

Classic enablers. Sort of like drug pusher and pimps. I guess that makes me the addict.

Yeah, but drug pushers and pimps go to jail. These people sit back and get nothing but a good arse kissing from the goverenment.
