Does anyone know of a good BK attorney in Arizona....who doesn't charge an arm and a leg??

Not sure about Arizona attorneys, but you may want to consider what my wife and I did.

We hired a current bankruptcy trustee as our attorney. He can't be our trustee (as he
represents us), but he does know all the trustees in our region very well and how to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

fyi....be careful not to contact every one of the trustees in your state or part of the state. If you do, then you've contaminated the trustee pool and when you file, the court will have to bring in a trustee from another state or part of the state to assign to your case. That tends to make the bk judges cranky.

I should have mentioned the fact that we did a fair amount of research online about the attorneys we were considering.

Many times, there is a lot of information about them and cases they have been or are currently involved in, both as a plaintiff's attorney and trustee.
