Case dismissed - Can my spouse refile within '180 days'?

I am married and filed without my spouse (or her individual debts). Case was dismissed due to my illness and missing a deadline, and court did not say "without prejudice", so I can not file again for 180 days.

My spouse is listed with me on the mortgage which is being foreclosed. Can my spouse file within that same period since she was not on the original BK filing?
