    Extra $$$

    Hi all,
DH did some sidework this past week, which I was fearful for, because that is money coming in that we don't technically "claim". So I started going over our bank statements, and it looks like if we filed in January, the last 6 months after paying for parts for friends of the family, DH brought in about $1K. I wasn't going to tell the atty about it, because DH has made money in the past that he didn't claim. If we file this on our bk paperwork, we could just pay the taxes on it in the spring, right? It isn't like DH has a business or anything. Just friends of the family knows he is an electrician and charges a heck of a lot less than hiring him through his employer. (About $30 less per hour!!!) I'm not sure exactly who he did the work for...it doesn't say obviously on our deposit slips. I know the majority of the work was done for the couple he just did work for. How will this affect them? I don't want to hide anything, really. I mean, I guess I do, lol, but if it will get our Bk dismissed and have fraud charges, obviously I want to just put it down! What should I do? Sorry if this is confusing.

Also, I just got my bank statement, and there is a lot of money in it. Well, a lot to us...$1888. Dh has a xmas bonus supposedly coming, so I want to wait until after he gets that to file, so we don't have to guesstimate it, and also if we wait until after Jan 1st to file, we'll have a really accurate amount for what to try to exempt for tax refunds. The check DH just got was for $510...$250 in parts. I want to go get the kids new clothes with a portion of it, DH needs new boots, and we need new clothing as well. Winter is upon us, and it sucks! Can I use that $500 as long as I keep my receipts? Also, is there a chance his $1000 over the last six months will help us? Our atty was worried that our payment for our car is SO HIGH. $324/month. So it could actually make things better for us on paper, right? I'm not sure how much $ he made on side jobs prior to July, but we only need the 6 months for the means test regardless, correct?
    Thanks for your help!!!
