Pacer item listed in "terminated" colum

For some reason my attorney didn't file my credit counseling certificate in time even though he had it in his files. I handed it to him the day we started and it's dated about a week before hiring him.

I just got a pacer acount and see this item is in the terminated column. Can someone tell me what that means?
