We just got home from lawers office and we have filed and I have a file number!!! Yippie

We where over the mediean by about $1000 but passed the means test with a dispoable income of -200 or so.

We are actually $1165 over the median.

We have -$101.69 monthly net income on schedule J.

We pass the means test.

Any thoughts weather or not with numbers like this we are at risk of being forced into a 13?

I thought I would be able to sit back and just wait after we filed but I cant seem to just let it rest. I keep coming up with things to worry about and its only been a few hours since we filed.

Yea, I'm constantly worrying about what may or may not happen. It sucks. I guess I'm more worried about the fact that I don't have a fancy lawyer as a safety net. I know that this is pretty routine but who knows.
