Credit Line Closed - grantor request. Legal?

Citi closed out a card that was not included in BK. It had a zero balance. Is it ok that they close it like this with this sort of comment?

Also, for those IIC, are they allowed to report the high balance and the limit still?

What if the payment history shows a CO (charge off) for one month?
    Filed Ch7 - 10/2/07 no asset
    341 Meeting - 10/29/07
Discharge - March 2008 forgot the date

Mine are the same way. I had a citi, two mbna/boa cars, a second discover and a chase not included. They all say closed by granter. Many of them say bankruptcy and charge off. I think they can pretty much do whatever they want.
One thing my attorney told me to do was to make a copy of my discharge and send it to all three credit bureaus asap.

It is not too uncommon for a creditor to close your account once they are aware of your BK, even if you don't owe them a dime ($0 balance).
      Bankruptcy History:
      Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
      Discharged - 02/16/2006
      Case Closed - 11/08/2007
