Need advice on how to contact Bank

That will not return my calls. We have Option One... we've decided to do an emergency withdrawal from our deferred comp plan for the money needed to reinstate our mortgage. We have no problems paying the payment monthly just fell behind while my husband was on workers comp. Now I need a letter from the bank stating how much we need to pay in order to reinstate the loan and stop the foreclosure sale (date has not been set yet just served 16 days ago had 20 to respond) date from being set. I have to fax this letter to our deferred comp plan account holder in order for them to release the funds, however the bank will not return my calls. If I just call the 1-800 number I'm on with a forgien call center who just transfers me to the LM person who is handling our case.
You would think they'd be jumping to get all their money considering our house is neg. equity!!

I figure I'd answer myself with what I ended up doing today to get some help so if someone else every has a similar problem they can see what I did. I found the customer advocate number for the company it's different then the customer service number. I explained what was happening to the person I got on that number and within an hour I had my paper faxed to me!! When I got the fax I fell over backwards the figure to reinstate is 3000 less then the figure I was told two weeks ago!! How can that even be I don't know.
