need advice

i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on my vehicle and 2 credit cards. i was living in maryland when i completed the forms. they will be filed oct 13, 2004, i go to court in november back in maryland. i now live in indiana. since i'm filing bankruptcy on my jeep, if a friend or family member loaned me some money for me to buy a vehicle here in indiana, can i go and buy a vehicle straight out if the title, plates/tags, and insurance in my name or will it have to be in someone else's name?

You'll only have problems purchasing things, eg vehicles if you attempt to get a loan (because your credit will be bad) Purchasing a vehicle cash will not be a problem. Getting the vehicle titled and registered under your name will not be a problem either.
