is it true trustee has 10 days to object?

my 341 was dec 18 ==today is the 10th day trustee hasnt reported anything to pacer ... it says case : no asset but it said that since day one. trustee did requested an amend which i did asap and also a homestead deed which I did already. I am not worried by no means I have faith in my discharge but just wondering if anyone else have seen this or if there is anything i should do ?

I had to do an amendment, and the trustee continued the 341 meeting to another date, which he told us at the first 341 meeting. Nothing was posted to pacer until after the continued meeting date.

The BK trustee has 10 days to file their initial report.

The US trustee has 60 days to object, just like everyone else.

plus he didnt continue my 341 he just asked that I do that amendment and homesstead deed.

Most legal deadlines are calender days...but the trustee report deadline seems to be "flexible".

I had my 341 on 12/03 and it went very well. I'm in the Eastern District of VA and I've been checking pacer and the trustee hasn't filed his report. It may just be that there overwhelmed right now, at least I hope so.

yeah the trustee looked pissed like he was overwhelmed .. it was alot of people on the docket... i am in eastern of VA aswell
