i am sure an atty could answer this but i would like to ask here
my wife is disabled and we would be filing jointly her disability is pretty severe she is unable to speak and does'nt understand complex questions. our physician would give any supporting
documents to the court if needed..any guidance that maybe provided will be appreciated

when my now ex husband and I went to our "first" 341 in 2001 he had had a stroke. Thinking on his feet was not one of his strong suits. The trustee ask him a question and within 2 seconds he realized my ex couldn't answer or form the words. He looked right at me and I answered for him. A head's up right from the get go to the trustee and all should be well.
