I really enjoyed (as much as I could) reading the thread you posted (yes, some time ago) about the Fair Protection Act and have used the forms you posted to send to a collection agency today (edited them of course to pertain to my situation).

They are priceless....Hope I don't have to use them again but I probably will....sigh...
