    Items on Credit report

    I tried doing a quick search in this thread but couldn't find anything relevant.

    I filed chapter 13 on 12/03/07. I've been monitoring my credit report to see what is being reported like others have suggested. Now, I have two new entries on my report that read something like:

    01/02/2008
    Business Name: DELL FIN SVCS LP/CIT
    Account Status: Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Discharged
    Status Date: 12/31/2007
    Balance Amount: $00001294
    Balance Date: 12/31/2007

    12/29/2007
    Business Name: EMCC/HOLDER OF HSBC
    Account Status: Bankruptcy Discharged
    Status Date: 12/27/2007
    Balance Amount: $00000000
    Balance Date: 12/27/2007

    What does "Bankruptcy Discharged" mean? Does this mean they will not file a claim?
    Chapter 13 Filed: 12/3/07
    Payments: 2/60

    Nope it probably means that the debt is included in chapter 13 and they will not be reporting anymore history for it
