    Logging in at Orchardbank.com

I assume a lot of us have the orchard bank card as it's one of the more popular one's for people out of bankruptcy. Has anyone had any problems logging in to their account on the main page? For the past few months, every time I enter my account details in on the main page, I get an error page that says the username and password do not match, and on that page (the error page) I log in again and it works. I know it's not my doing because this happens every time, and it's really getting annoying.

    Anyone else having this problem?

Had the same problem, but got around it. Log on to householdbank.com. Their web page will tell you that your username/password is actually for Orchard. On the right hand side of this they have a link to Orchard, click on that - and bingo - it jumps right to Orchard, where again you will have to log in with your username/password. Orchard and Household are both within the HSBC "family.

      Great! Thanks for the tip

The link to click on is the "Click here to be taken to the Orchard Bank Card Login page."

      Thanks a lot!

I to was offered a Orchard Bank card after BK. The fees and terms were the worst CC I have ever seem.
To re-establish my credit I used First National Bank of Omaha. The cost was $20 a year for a secured CC. They report to all three CRA monthly. After a few months HSBC gave me a unsecured card with a $5000 limit.
I hope this helps you find a new direction.

Do you happen to have a website for First National Omaha that talks about their secured card?

          Thanks!

Here is an email address: "directcardaccess.com", and a phone number is 888-530-3636. My only problem is when I closed the account they waited over 30 days to refund my $500 security deposit, which is the smallest amount that you can use to open an account.

I received an email a few months back saying that Orchard Bank was updating its website so maybe you were caught somehow in that update. I had no issues and I'm sure if you do what the other poster advises, you will be able to log in with no problem.
