1) How many C13 plans have you processed?
2) How many of your C13 cases have you had dismissed due to inaccuracies from clerical errors or other errors?
3) What is your retainer fee?
4) How much of your fee would be placed into the C13 plan?
5) How can I track the progress of my plan?
6) When and how soon will you be able to file the C13 plan once you have been retained?
7) When or how soon will the 341 meeting happen after filing?
8) When can I expect the plan to be confirmed?
9) How soon do we start paying the trustee and in what form of payment?
10) If I have questions can I talk directly to you? And will I be able to get a hold of you if unforeseen issues come up regarding the C13 plan?
11) Will you handle the case yourself or is it handede over to a paralegal to handle?
12) Will you attend the 341 meeting or do you designate a paralegal?
13) What are your fees for special issues that can arise during a C13 plan? Such as a judgments/Lien/etc?
