Getting ready to convert to Ch. 7. We have been in a Ch. 13 for 1 1/2 years. We had major problems last year, husband missing alot of work, sickness, doctor bills, ect. all while in the Ch. 13. Our attorney was supposed to request for us to keep our income tax. We sent him all the necessary papers. He said he sent it in, we never heard any more from him or the trustee. Our attorney has not been a good one. I really wish we would've went with someone else. Well the money is gone. We used it to catch up on everything.
