    Was just served NOD today Wonder how long

    Hey guys and gals... Well I got the NOD today after 3 months of missed payments! Anyone in WA state that has been through foreclosure? I am wondering how long we have until the sale date?

    If anyone has any info please post it up!
    Converted to Chp 7 in July 341 AUG 3rd Went well!!!
    Trustee Paid Off Looking At Discharge!!! Might Be A Good After all!

    It says WA state has a typical timeline of 120 days- that's pretty quick. WA also allows deficiency judgments. Every state has it's own laws.

      Yeah I found some info online! Looks like if I was to file bk 13 they would only have 3 months to get there deficency together which would require the house be sold??? Our market has tanked bad so I dont think that sell will be a fast process!
