I live in Nevada and I filed for a Chapter 7. And on 8/30/04 it was discharged. Then on October a new creditor that I forgot to add on the papers back in May when I filed poped up. I had read that you can still add a creditor even after
the discharge is granted. But when I tried at the court house I was told no that not a option at all. Yet I had read this in a book on filing bankrupcty. So is it possible? And if it is how do I go about it? In the book it tells just how to
it and so I did it just like the book said and the court office said there's no way.
