I got new furniture about 6 month ago totaling 5k on unsecured cc
and plan to file 7 on about another 6 month that furniture will be clear? the card has being paid every month since.

Regular credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc) do not have a security interest in what you purchase. But store cards (Sears, etc) do... So if you purchased the furniture with a Visa or M/C, then they can't come after the furniture. But they can object to the dischargability of their debt. As a rule, anything that you purchase (except for basic living needs) within 90 days of filing is presumed to be non-dischargeable. Anything greater than 90 days, the creditor can still object to it, but they must prove fraud on your part.

If I understand you correct, the purchase will be 12 months old when you file, correct? If so, I'd say you'll be in the clear.
