attorney will try to convert from 13 to 7

22 months into a 36 month payback of $560 monthly, killing me mucho medical expenses eating my income, no assets what so ever, income is ss 1700 per month, retirement 900 per month, live alone, rent normal living expenses, food eat phone etc, could never understand why attorney put me in a 13 to begin with, what do you think of chances of converting to 7, have made 22 payments to date on the 13, next payment due in february, would appreciate anyones thoughts on this

Buckaroo, I've read several of your posts about this, have you tried contacting another attorney yet and asking them?
