If my spouse and I get a judgment against both of us, and I personally file a chapter 13, what happens to her?

Any amount that doesn't get paid back in the CH 13 plan is her responsibility. Your filing discharges your responsibility, but not hers, sorry!

Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!
