Opening a Business after Discharge....

Hi there, My chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged at the beginning of June 2005. I plan to open an a pet boutique, and don't know how this will affect everything. I don't need a business loan, I have a partner who is fronting all of the money, then we will split profits 50/50. So basically I am just wondering, if I can put a business in my name and it would be ok to do so? And will the trustee try to take any profits? My bankruptcy was a no asset case. Has anyone here opened a business shortly after bankruptcy? Please let me know how it worked! Thanks!
