A creditor was Left off of My BK....Help!!

I used a lawyer,Filed Chapt.7,discharged April 1 2007
now I have a creditor threatening to sue,A mistake was made
and they weren't included in the Bk.I called my Lawyer and asked
him to call the company for me and haven't heard back yet

What's going to happen??

you or your lawyer would have to reopen the chapter 7 case to start and that cost around 300 ( someone confirm that) and your lawyer did his job asfar as filing the chapter 7 for you, so you mite have to pay him extra to do the extra work of reopening the case .. good luck
