Do I still make pymts?

Hi all easy question here - Ok, if you are planning to (reaffirm) keep my car and house, do you still make the minimal payments to those creditors? Or do you stop completely - then reaffirm after the 341?

I been continuing to make payments as my 341 is 02/29/08.
