Hi Ho, Hi Ho...to the attorney's place we go!!
Well,
Tomorrow's the big day. We're meeting with the attorney tomorrow. We're still waiting on our tax money though..it's not yet here.
I hope this goes smoothly.
We also found a BEAUTIFUL apartment to rent as of March 17th.
We were worried about the credit check, we had to put down a $400 deposit..but no problem, since we won't be paying our mortgage payment this month.
Things are moving forward quickly. We're excited about moving to a nice place to live, and looking forward to saving some money. Hopefully in 2 years or so we can get a new mortgage at a decent interest rate and once again own a home that might actually appreciate without being a money pit!! Yeah!
