    Some Questions

I didn't want to jump into anyone else's thread, so started this one.

I have only been using one credit lately. The last purchases was on 1/1 for 600$ and I had some purchases in December for airlines/hotel/rental car. The last cash adv on that card was on 1/21 for 300$ and I had one in December for 1500$. Do I need to pay on the card this month? I paid on it last month.

I didn't pay on 6 cards last mth(3 of mine and 3 of hubby's), but the rest were paid on. Will this look bad when I go see an attorney?

I am going to try to wait for 6mths before filing.

    Thanks from California...

Wouldn't hurt to do a "good faith" payment for 1 or 2 months, then wait 6 months and file bankruptcy..... otherwise they might look at "cash advances - dismissal".....

Do not use your cards any longer if your filing..... or trustee could assume abuse.....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I haven't used any card since last month.

Now do I have to do good faith on all cards or just the ones I used last month? The rest of my cards haven't been used in months, but I have paid on all of them until last month.

      Thank you.

I was thinking of the ones with cash advances, motel bills, etc..... These are the ones that would really object the most if NOTHING is ever paid towards them......

        Could be considered abuse......
