If I filed chp 13 in GA, but surrendering property in FL does the lender have to follow the deficiency statute for FL or would that statue not pretain to me since it was included in bankruptcy?

Generally, when it comes to real property, the law of the state in which the property is located will apply.

I don't know, specifically, anything about the FL deficiency statute.

Unless I am mistaken, any deficiency should be wiped out by the BK anyway.
Regardless of which state's statutes were used.
