    When does rental get released

    My rental was supposed to sell via Sheriff Sale 1/31/08 but got held up once the lender discovered I filed CH7.

    My question is when does the rental property go back on the market (i.e. Sheriff Sale)? Is it after the 341 meeting or Discharge?

    They will have to file for a lift of the stay and get the house back on the foreclosure line which should take a few weeks at least!

    Are you still renting it out???

        I would say 30-45 days until it would be sold
