    Today is a good day?

I have my divorce trial in an hour and a half. I looked on Pacer and saw that after the review of my tax return the Trustee flipped me back into a no asset status. (does that mean I get to keep my refund?) And I got a much needed child support payment this morning.

    Things are looking up.

** I got my divorce granted. My ex didn't even show up. I'm a now divorced and almost debt-free. Why didn't I think of this sooner?

I hope that you have a great day today because the trustee message sounds good.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
