Help with how to dispute

I cleaned up my reports after chapter 7. I discharged a month ago and the disputes have gone smoothly, thankfully.

I am having a problem with experian though. TU and EQ dont show my late payments and they dont say charge off anymore, they just say IIB.

Experian on the other hand shows my late payments and chargeoffs, IIB. I know that they are allowed to show the charge offs and lates if they were before I filed chap7, but can i somehow dispute and hope that they take the lates and charge-offs off? What catagory would i dispute under?

My Experian score is 100 points lower than TU and EQ because of this and it is hurting me.

From your comments it sounds like the charge-offs and late payments were from before you filed and are legitimate. If that is the case, then sending Experian false dispute letters hoping to force them into a mistake so you benefit takes up valuable time from other folks disputing with legitimate complaints. Do you really want to improve your credit rating that way?

Time will cure your credit. You were just discharged a month ago. Be patient. Keep paying your bills on time and keep charges paid off every month. Within a few more months you'll get the same bounce anyway.
