Depends on whether the charge off was done before or after you filed. If it came before, then the AmEx account can continue to say "charge off" forever, but it cannot list a balance. If it came after filing, then it should change to IIB (included in bankruptcy).I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
