What's next?
Hello 
We are in the process of foreclosure at the moment, but I am unsure what happens next....we are in a Ch. 7 (discharges hopefully in a week!) and the mortgage company JUST lifted the automatic stay in order to proceed with the process.
I am just wondering what happens next in the process and when? I know we have a 6 month redemption period living in MN if that helps. How soon will the sale be published? Where will it be published? Will I get served at my door? There are so many questions! Any help is appreciated.
