    What is Relief from Stay

    Ok, my 341 is tomorrow (Fri) and I am using a rental house as part of my CH7 bankruptcy. I just received in the mail this notice and not sure what it is: NOTICE OF HEARING AND MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY.

    Any ideas what that is? Should I show this to my attny tomorrow at the 341? It says that there is a hearing in March?

    One of your creditors has filed a request with the court to lift your automatic stay so they can repossess an asset. You should most definitely show this to your lawyer tomorrow.
