    Easy question..sending in tax returns

I have to send in tax returns to trustee each year...maybe silly question, but does that include the W2's or just the return?
    I have no clue.

Typically in Ch 13 you send just copies of your signed national, state, and (if appropriate) city tax returns to your lawyer who forwards them on to your trustee. If your lawyer prefers you send your returns on yourself, be sure you have the correct trustee address. Also be sure to send them registered return receipt USPS mail to ensure your trustee's office actually receives them.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

I would check your confirmation forms as I only had to send in federal but I did have to send in a copy of my W-2. Its funny as the first draft stated all tax forms but the filed copy stated only federal which means I could keep my state refund. Only 100 dollars but that is 100 more than I had before. Guess just like everything else, each case and trustee is different.
