thats great news. We had our free consultation this last Monday. The lawyer was a strieght shooter and said we qualify for Chap 7. Its a wierd feeling and not sure what to do at this point. We know we will have to do something sooner than later. We just need to come to terms

Isn't it a good feeling to have made the decision and to get it going?? We were scared, nervous..., still feel that way. But facing the facts of what you need to do, opens up a window to a new day!! I actually felt such a huge sense of relief once we found our attorney paid our fees (tax Ck.).

Looks like we might all be filing about the same time, good luck to you! We are also in C7. Now we just wish it was over and we were discharged and closed!!
