    Free Credit Report

I was discharged in Feb. When I look at my free credit report, these are some of the 'potentially negative' items that appear. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what to do with this information - if anything.

Status: Debt included in Bankruptcy/Account charged off.
Status: Debt included in Bankruptcy/Past due 90 days.
Petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy/Past due 120 days.
    Included in bankruptcy/Never late.
Included in bankruptcy/Current, was past due 90 days.
Petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy/Current, was past due 30 days.

The one that says 'charge off' should not be there...you should dispute that, if in fact it was discharged and not a charge off before you filed. The rest are probably ok, but you should ask for them to show as 'discharged' in the status field instead.

I have been disputing alot lately, and sometimes it takes 2 or more letters to the credit bureaus before they get it right...or at least as good as possible.

    Good luck.

I removed this live link because it is attached to a personal website on a home site where anyone can post whatever they wish. That this is the first post by this member makes it even more suspicious.

The only reliable source for free credit reports is the government-supported https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp . Anywhere else that says they can provide the same can easily be a rip-off, so please proceed with caution.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
