    Foreclosure sale tommorrow

What a mess. Got married 4 years ago. Moved in and took over payments. Found out wife had a second taken out 6 months before our wedding for 60k to pay off credit cards. When married all the cards were maxed out again. We refinanced and then I got laid off. Took out another second after my wife got injured. Spent too much money. Had to file a chapter 7. Discharge was granted but could not make payments on house so I filed a 13. I made payments for a year and then I separated from my wife at her request. I quit making the chapter 13 payments and she moved out! the 13 was dismissed. The house has been sitting empty for over a year. I had a buyer to pay off the first and give the second 30k but the second demanded I sign a note to secure any deficiency. I refused so the buyer said to hell with it. The sale at the court house is tommorrow the 8th. QUESTION---- I am in the State of Washington. If the house is sold in foreclosure I understood that the debt goes away. If that is so why is the second, (wilshire Credit of Oregon) threatening through the buyer to sue me for a deficiency? Can they? HEEELP? I am not sleeping over this one.
