Part of the reason I am planning on a 13 is because I have tons of medical bills that I will never be able to pay off. I understand that 13 will allow me to discharge these completely, assuming that my monthly balance comes up zero or negative, which I'm sure it will.
Here's my question...the medical bills will continue through the BK process because my wife has an incurable disease. How do I keep from getting in debt over my head again, even while in Chapter 13? My fear is that I won't even be able to keep up during the BK because of the medical bills. I feel stuck!
