I finally got up the nerve to turn in an application and I qualify through a rental agency . They said they weren't concerned with the BK because the score was good. Hahooooooooooo. i thought i was stuck living in this place for eternity. there is life after BK . iu have so much more money in the bank now.

stopthebleeding, can you share what your credit score is now? We will be having to move soon, and I've been terrified on not getting a place to rent. My FAKO scores are all over 700 now, but from what I've read they are not true scores. So I'm just curious what your score is.11/29/2007 - Filed Ch 7

my score is at the lowest 638-675 . I have just moved into my new place a differnt company and they accepted my application also evidently it has to be a big picture they look at not just the bankruptcy your work history etc all helps. My history is terrific in regards to everything else so. This last company said "we would be happy to have you" I was shocked. I qualified for a rather large place with large rent of course. My guess is there are a lot of folks with bankruptcy in my area and renting so it seems to not matter much.Chapter 7 Filed 10/17/07
