I thought that having my payments directly withdrawn from my paychecks would make life easier. Then I wouldn't have to worry about getting my payment to the trustee on time. But....
I got a letter from my attorney and trustee saying that my case may be dismissed due to a balance of $500. I have no idea why that would happen.
So I faxed a letter to my lawyer and asked the payroll manager if for some reason my paycheck wasn't debited. She told me that they had an issue last week and couldn't send the payment. She then told me that it will be mailed this week.
So now what do I do? My lawyer won't call back. And I've signed up for Pacer, but cannot figure out if it allows you to view the dates that your payments were applied BEFORE you initially sign up for an account. Am I doing something wrong? Where would I find out when my payments cleared and how many creditors filed? I want to know if I owe less than we figured up before the meeting of the creditors (none showed).
Everything has been fine with the bankruptcy process, but this is the first letter I've gotten saying that my case may be dismissed! So now I'm worried.

Thanks in advance for listening.
