    Trustee's No Asset Report

I survived my 341 hearing! Today, I received an email from my attorney that the trustee had filed the "no asset" report.

    Here are my questions...

    1. Does this mean the trustee is done reviewing my case and needs no further information from me?

    2. If so, then I'm just waiting for the 60 days, right?

    That's exactly what it means!

That's right! Barring any creditor objections (and that would be very, very rare) you are on the downhill slope to discharge - congratulations!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
