Surrended car reporting incorrectly

Thanks to all the great information gather here during my Chapter 7 and now starts the cleaning of the credit reports. I asked several questions regarding my car that I attempted to redeem that I ended up surrendering. Right before discharge the finance company called me asked if they could come pick up the car (total other story). In the end they came and got the car but now my credit report says it is a repossession and not a discharge. It doesn't say anything about being included in BK. This was AFTER dispute. So I just want to make sure i have this correct. Since it was verified and is not reporting incorrectly, I send a certified letter, return reciept to the finance company stating that is is reporting incorrectly and according to the FCRA it needs to be corrected or it will be in violation. Is this correct?
