When can I hire an attorney??

I just recently took out some payday loans within the last week, to get by.

I know I have to wait 90 days before I can actually file....

At what point though, can I hire an attorney, so when creditors call I can direct them to the attorney....so they stop calling my cell phone and work???

And should I wait a certain amount of time before hiring an attorney, so it doesn't look like fraud with the pay day loans??

I wish I had more experience, but based upon a conversation I had with an attorney this morning you can retain there services at any point for the purpose of stopping the calls.

Again, I don't know how correct this is. I am not in that position, so it is not something I am thinking about doing right now. Please call and ask one that very question during the typically free consultation they offer.

I'm new here, so you may want to wait for others to respond. But you can start meeting with attorneys now and run your plans by them. FYI: you can schedule free consultations with attorneys and the recommendations on this board are usually to meet with 3 or 4 good attorneys and get a feel for who you like, what they're saying, etc.
That way you get practical information and not just get stuck in your head, worrying and worrying and speculating.
Most of the attorneys I met with allow you to refer calls to them as soon as you pay a deposit. One won't take calls until the full bill is paid. Anyway, I'd say get out there and start meeting. I felt so much clearer and less afraid once I started meeting with the lawyers.

You can hire an attorney at any time...just DONT take any more payday loans AFTER you hire the attorney.
