Should we be worried? I just checked Pacer after being out of town for 10 days and thought for sure I'd see something but there has been no activity since the mtg. almost a whole month ago except shwoing where we filed our predischarge couseling cert. I am SO anxious to see if we are declared no asset or if we will be forced to pay something for some property in question. Is this a normal time frame? Has anyone else had this happen with good ending? Is there anything else I can do? Our attny won't say anything.

What type or kind of "property in question" are you referring to? -
My mom in law bought (paid cash in full) a piece of undeveloped land a few years ago and without our knowing it she added my hubbie's name to the deed. She also added his brother - so technically he owns a share even though we did not buy it and have never paid taxes on it etc.....It is worth about 65K maybe - but it would be hard to sell, plus subtract real estate commisions etc....and then the equity would have to be split 3 ways to get maybe 18K for our share to pay creditors - we had about 175K in cc debt so that is not much to go toward it - all things considered we are hopding he leaves it alone - our attny thought he might but said it could go either way--at our hearing the trustee asked us to provide him with the exact legal description of the land and where it is so we assume he was checking into it - But it has been a month now and no word so I am getting nervous.Comment
