Chapter 13 Home Purchase Trustee Approval

Do you have to go through your attorney to get trustee approval or can you do this yourself?

we went through our attorney to get permission from the trustee. we never contacted the trustee for anything, if a problem ever came up we always called our attorney and they took care of it for us. hope this helps

Going direct to the judge is a possibility

My attorney told me to write direct to the judge. I did and it worked just fine.

That way I didn't have to pay attorney fees. Who has cash anyway in Chapter 13????
